Dr. Plum joined the Department of Otolaryngology at the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology in August 2018.

She is a graduate of Smith College and the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology at the State University of New York – Upstate Medical University.

Pediatric Otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Plum’s clinical interests are in the management of Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders in Children with a specific focus on disorders of the Pediatric Airway, chronic ear disease, and Pediatric Hearing loss.
